I love to get the pork tenderloins and cut my own boneless pork chops.  I put about 1/4-1/2 cup EVOO and 1-2 Tablespoons of freshly chopped garlic or the minced garlic in a jar, in a large zip-lock bag or container.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  I put the cut chops in the bag and shake them and move them all around to coat evenly with EVOO and garlic.  You can marinate for 2-3 hours or the best flavor comes from marinating over night. Turn the oven on broil.  Put the chops on the broiler pan.  Place in oven and cook 6-8 minutes then turn them over and cook another 6-8 minutes.  Keep a close eye the last few minutes.  Always check your meat temperature to confirm the chops are done.  I cook mine well done at 160 degrees.  I usually make a rice pilaf and sauteed green beans or brussel sprouts. These are also great on the grill!!!!
